If you find a lower price
After booking on our website if you will find a lower price for TRAVELAND, in the next 24 hours, for an identical reservation, our guarantee is to equal the price + 10%.

It couldn't be easier
All you have to do is to send an email with an attach – print screen, so we can check it out.
The request must be submitted within 24 hours after making the initial reservation.
Verification/Reservations must be made through an agent/sales agent authorized by TRAVELAND.
The rate must be available for a valid reservation identical to the original one on www.traveland.ro.

Corporate or group prices
The “Best Guaranteed Price + 10%” does not apply to negotiated or corporate prices, group rates or fares on any site that does not disclose the location/brand name until the reservation is completed.

Apartment type/duration/period of stay/reservation date
The rates must be for the same type of apartment, the duration, the period of the stay and the original booking date.
All rates must be available to general public and can be verified by TRAVELAND.

More than one night reservation
If a request covers more than one night, the rates will be compared for each individual night.

TRAVELAND is not responsible for any charges due to the cancellation of an earlier booking.
